Gabriela Zelaya is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, member of the Honduran Bar Association, with a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC).

Gabriela, has over 12 years of experience in tax matters, she was Manager of Tax and Legal Services at Deloitte, with experience in serving companies with Special Tax Exemption Regimes and Manufacturing, with local and multinational companies with their business needs and tax advice, providing services to clients in the commercial sector in Legal Advisory in providing tax advice, special tax exemption regimes and manufacturing, in legal and tax issues such as tax exemptions, waivers, registration of exempted, incorporations to special regimes among others; tax litigation and tax implications, implementation and follow-up of cases against tax authorities, among others.
