Ninoska Rivera has a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC), and a Master’s Degree in Public Finance, Tax and Financial Administration with a specialization in Taxation from UNED and the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT) Madrid/Spain.

She has extensive experience of over 17 years in the accounting and tax field, former Partner of Tax and Legal Services of Deloitte, with more than 10 years advising on tax matters to various industries, previously developed functions such as General Accountant in the Telecommunications industry, where he was in charge of implementations of internal controls and SOX controls, accounting manager at Palao William, among other positions held.

Within the tax area Ninoska has experience in tax consulting and auditing, with experience in tax due diligence, mergers, tax and accounting strategies, evaluation from the tax regulations for various industries both local and multinational, serving the business needs of clients in the commercial sector, special tax exemption regimes, manufacturing, fuel and consumption among others.

Ninoska is a graduate of the Senior Management program of the Central American Institute of Business Administration (INCAE), and has participated in Diploma courses on Foreign Trade and Customs Operations given by SIECA, seminars on Transfer Pricing given in Panama, Costa Rica and Argentina, among others.
